 ******MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR A FIRST TIME- RSF FALL RUN CAMP October 15-17 (Friday through Sunday)!  All levels, beginning to experienced will benefit and be motivated and ready to take their running to the next level!  MORE DETAILS IN SEPTEMBER!

TRIATHLON TRAINING:  OLYMPIC DISTANCE NEXT YEAR!  Register for this clinic to get

 yourself committed to progressing from a sprint to Olympic distance triathlon next year.  Topics include:  *time management for your training, *increased volulme of bike training/ what are your needs for a bike/ what upgrades may you want to add to your bike for this distance, *swim- tackling open water and the greater distance, swim starts, *transition details/ how to set up your transition area better, *different nutritional needs for the training as well as race day for this distance.

Sunday, October 3rd, 6:30-8PM, $20

 

CARDIO CORE CLASS:  7 weeks 9/17 through 10/29.  Fat burning workout to get your metabolism revved for the weekendJ Heart rate will be up the entire time, and workouts will be planned to target hips, legs, core.  Some running, but not all running/ you don’t need to run regularly.  You just need to come ready to work. This will be more cardio than you could get yourself pumped to do ever!  You WILL be more fit.  We will also take ABS to  a NEW LEVEL.  This class is ALL CARDIO AND ABS. $105, Fridays 9-9:55AM; Location will be OUTDOORS at Lake Newport parking lot, OR INDOORS.

 

FALL RUN TRAINING CLASS:  *There will be a beginner paced and a more experienced pace group each week for this class. 

Beginner Runners:  plan to run your first 5K in November (turkey trot)

Experience Runners:  plan to run your fastest 5K or 10K in November (good timing for turkey trot or early jingle bell races!)

Wednesdays  September 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27 (5 weeks):  5-6PM, $75.  Various locations.  You will need your own stopwatch and good condition running shoes.

 

EARLY AM BOOTCAMP:  We have sweat and strengthened and squatted our way through summer.  It is now time to change things up with new weekly focus sets, more endurance for the first half of fall and more strength for the 2nd half.  All workouts will combine cardio and strength, abs, balance, everything besides the kitchen sinkJ

September 14 through December 2nd, Tuesday and or Thursday; 5:45-6:45AM; no class Thanksgiving week. 11 weeks.  $165/$330

 

MID MORNING STRENGTH:  September 13th through December 1st; Monday and or Wednesday, 9-10AM; no class Thanksgiving week.  $165/$330. Full body strength workout focusing this fall on pushing the limits of our muscles, experiencing the intensity that produces results.

 

FRIDAY TRACK CLASS:  If you run, you should come.  You will be faster.  You will learn to run differently- physically and mentally.  Did I mention you will get results over these 11 weeks.  Use this to train for anything from 5K to marathon.  5:45-6:45AM, South Lakes High school track.  September 17th through December 3rd; no class Thanksgiving week.  $165.

 

YOGA CLASSES:All yoga classes are 1 hour length.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES:  great combination of strength /stretch; 9/20 (Mon) 7-8PM, $15

OUTDOOR CLASS one time only, give it a try!  September 12th (Sunday) 7-8PM, $15

Monday 12:05-1:00 class, fitness style, beginners welcome!  9/13 thru 10/4 (4 classes), $60.

Wednesday 6:30PM; Fitness flow style- September 15 through December 1st, 11 weeks, $165

Friday 10-11AM; Fitness flow style- September 17th through December 3rd

Beginning yoga class Thursday September 30th, 7PM, $15.  No experience at all needed.  If you think yoga is not for you, this class is for youJ

KIDS YOGA; Thursdays 4:45-5:30 10/7 through 11/18 (7 weeks) $105; Ages 3-6

 

MONTHLY STRENGTH PROGRAM:  Commit to a personal training session each month through the fall:  September through December, and consistently commit.  Live the lifestyle.  Each month, you will get a new personal training program for you to continue and work on for the next 4 weeks on your own, either at home or in a gym.  You’ll know what the strength goals you are progressing towards will be.  You will have a write up to follow and learn to excel at before we meet again, reevaluate and work further towards your goals.  $75/month.

TRIATHLON, CYCLE and RUN TRAINING:

*Beginning Triathlon Training Clinic  , Learn in a few hours the tips and pointers that would take you years to discover through trial and error, and learn from a coach how to accomplish your triathlon goals successfully! $120

 


TRIATHLON/ENDURANCE COACHING

 Learn More About Coaching :$150/month online training; in person coaching also available (PT rates apply)

Coaching combines the science of exercise physiology with the art of individualizing that plan for each individual.  If there was a “recipe” for success, anyone with the desire could be an Olympian.  That is not the case.  Each athlete brings to the table a unique physiology (some require much more recovery to perform optimally), some have greater overall stress in their lives to deal with, some have years of experience to draw from, some athletes are just beginning, etc. 

Coaches work with you, as a team, to create a focused plan to help you achieve your goals and dreams.  You will be empowered by the process of attaining skills and successes that you didn’t believe were possible.

WHAT ARE YOUR DREAMS??!!  Let’s get to work!

*Online training programs are complete programs including cardiovascular training, strength, stretching and nutritional goals. Your program is entirely personalized for you, and will be designed to meet your goals, exercise history, time available, etc.

I AM NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO "SAVE SPACES" FOR ANYONE EVEN IF YOU EMAIL ME TO TELL ME THAT YOU WANT TO TAKE THE CLASS. TO BE FAIR TO EVERYONE, I MUST CONDUCT MY BUSINESS IN THIS WAY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. YOU CAN MAIL THE FORM, DROP IT OFF IN PERSON, MAILBOX, ETC.

ADDITIONALLY, I AM UNABLE TO PRORATE CLASS FEES.
